This is a first draft based on LiFit's current technical implementation. Dates and policy decisions explicitly identified as unfinished must be finalized before production use.
01

Scope and authority to act

These additional terms are between LiFit LLC and the gym business or other entity you are authorized to represent, and apply to your conduct as its representative. They supplement the general Terms of Service for gym claims, listing management, and participation in an expressly enabled gym program. Ordinary gym-community members are not made business representatives merely by joining a community.

You must meet the general account requirements, have legal capacity for the arrangement, and have actual authority to submit a claim and manage the gym's LiFit presence. A manager must have the owner's authorization. The notice and acceptance process for the application or program offer determines when these terms apply; publishing a draft does not establish your agreement.

02

Ownership claims and verification

Provide the correct gym identifier, representative details, business contact information, position, and relevant evidence. All submissions must be accurate, lawfully obtained, and limited to what is reasonably needed to establish authority. Redact unrelated sensitive information and do not submit member medical records or third-party credentials.

LiFit may request clarification, review conflicting claims, reject insufficient evidence, or suspend disputed access. Submission does not grant ownership or management privileges. A successful claim confirms authority for a LiFit listing; it does not determine legal title to the business, license the facility, or certify its safety.

Existing ownership is not silently replaced. Report a change of owner, loss of authority, mistaken assignment, or competing claim to support@lifit.app. Transfers and reassignments require the authorized review process; do not transfer access by sharing account credentials.

03

Owners, managers, and staff permissions

Use individual authorized accounts and only the management permissions assigned to each role. Keep staff assignments current and remove access when a person's authority ends. Protect authentication codes and promptly report suspected account compromise.

Gym membership, a referral, or a founding badge does not confer administrative authority. Staff may not change ownership, access private evidence, alter reward records, or perform other restricted actions outside the permissions LiFit has granted. A gym ownership change does not automatically transfer another person's historical financial entitlement.

04

Accurate listings and community conduct

Keep the gym's name, logo, location, description, community information, public business links, and other published details accurate. You must have permission to use branding, photos, and information you submit. Do not impersonate another facility, publish a person's private contact details without authority, or advertise services that are unavailable.

Treat members fairly and follow LiFit's general content and acceptable-use rules. Do not manipulate memberships, reports, leaderboards, or engagement. Use reporting tools for misconduct and contact support about listing errors or authority disputes.

LiFit gym membership is an in-app community association. It is not evidence of a paid facility membership, a waiver, an access pass, a reservation, or permission to enter a building. LiFit does not operate your membership billing or physical access-control system.

05

Your facility and services remain your responsibility

The gym remains responsible for the facility, equipment, staff, professional qualifications, training services, safety practices, insurance, licenses, member agreements, charges, refunds, and legal obligations. Use appropriate procedures for emergencies; LiFit is not an emergency-monitoring service.

A verified or founding gym designation indicates a LiFit program status, not an inspection, accreditation, warranty, or guarantee of safety or results. Participation does not create employment, agency, a franchise, a joint venture, or authority to bind LiFit.

Contracts or purchases made on the gym's external site are between the relevant parties under their separate terms. A LiFit listing does not make LiFit the seller or guarantor of a membership or training service.

06

Honest promotion and required disclosures

Describe your actual experience and only features that are available. Do not promise guaranteed fitness results or earnings, invent reviews or engagement, impersonate LiFit, or suggest that LiFit certifies your professional qualifications or facility safety.

Clearly disclose a material connection to LiFit when endorsing it, including referral compensation, free Pro access, discounts, or other benefits. Put an understandable disclosure with the endorsement where viewers will notice it, including in the content of relevant videos or stories. A disclosure only on your profile or behind an extra click is insufficient. Use the same language as the endorsement and comply with applicable advertising law and platform rules.

Use only branding you are authorized to use. Do not alter badges, claim a role you do not hold, use deceptive URLs, buy fraudulent activity, send spam, or offer unapproved incentives to manipulate signups or qualifying days. Correct misleading promotions and remove unauthorized LiFit branding when reasonably requested.

07

Program availability and reward eligibility

The reward terms below describe LiFit's approved fixed monthly pilot structure. They apply only if LiFit expressly makes that program available to you and confirms your eligible participation. Publishing these terms, approving a profile, or displaying an application page does not enable rewards. An inactive program does not accrue new rewards.

A separate written program offer identifies the applicable policy, effective date, eligible role, and any additional terms. Changes apply to future eligible activity as disclosed; they do not silently rewrite the policy attached to an existing recorded reward. LiFit does not guarantee referrals, conversion rates, earnings, a minimum income, or continued availability of an incentive.

Under this pilot, an eligible approved gym may receive a one-time $2 USD activation reward for a qualifying canonically referred user, plus the eligible monthly Pro rewards below. Joining a gym community alone is not reward qualification. Gym activation also requires the applicable gym association; referral handling must not silently replace a user's existing gym selection.

08

Referral attribution and qualifying activity

LiFit's verified attribution record determines the original eligible referrer. The initial pilot uses a 30-day attribution window. Later links do not replace an existing valid attribution, and the person who created shared content may differ from the person who referred the user. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or credit, fabricated engagement, and automated or misleading attribution are not eligible.

Before an activation reward, positive Pro reward, or associated payment can qualify, the referred account must record valid use on three distinct UTC calendar days. A completed workout, nutrition meal log, or user-authored post may establish a day; multiple actions on the same day count once. Only verified activity counts. A purchase before the third qualifying day is held for qualification rather than treated as an immediate reward.

Referral counts and reward records can differ. A visit, app download, signup, trial, or dashboard estimate is not by itself a payable conversion. Missing link information, unsupported installation flows, privacy controls, fraud checks, or platform limitations can prevent validation. Report a suspected error to support@lifit.app with the relevant link or record; do not send another user's private fitness or payment information.

09

Fixed monthly Pro rewards

The eligible original referrer receives $1 USD for the first confirmed paid Pro month and $1 USD for each eligible paid monthly renewal, up to six rewarded months and $6 USD total for each canonically referred account within its original six-calendar-month eligibility window. The first month is included in the six; there is no extra Pro signup bonus.

The monthly reward requires verified eligible paid subscription evidence. Free trials, complimentary Pro access, sandbox/test purchases, family-shared access, failed billing, and merely restoring access do not independently generate rewards. A Founding Coach's complimentary Pro grant is separate from any earnings and does not itself count as a paid conversion.

Cancellation ends further eligibility under the applicable program rule. Resubscription, switching stores, starting a new subscription chain, or changing a policy version does not restart the original reward window or six-reward limit. The date of an earlier held paid month is not moved forward when three-day qualification is later completed.

A confirmed refund reverses the related fixed reward. An exact restoration can restore that same reward but does not create an additional reward slot or restart eligibility. Adjustments preserve the original history and the applicable policy. A fixed $1 reward is not a percentage of store proceeds and does not depend on estimated store fees or taxes.

10

Review, balances, and manual payments

The initial pilot is US/USD and uses a 30-day pending review period. Pending or estimated amounts are not an immediately available cash balance. Rewards must pass eligibility, payment-evidence, and fraud checks before approval.

Monthly manual payment eligibility begins when the approved payable USD balance reaches $25. Smaller eligible balances carry forward without automatic expiry. There is no automatic transfer, withdrawal button, or guaranteed transfer date merely because a dashboard shows a balance. LiFit records a payment only after a successful external transfer is confirmed; a planned or failed transfer is not a completed payment.

Any payment requires the recipient information, identity or tax documentation, provider availability, and legal eligibility applicable to that payment. Use only a verified channel that LiFit identifies for sensitive payment or tax details; do not include bank details, tax identifiers, or payment credentials in public profiles or application narratives. Payment providers' separate terms apply.

Each party remains responsible for taxes imposed on it by applicable law. LiFit may make required reports or withholding. Amounts affected by a legitimate eligibility dispute, refund, or legal hold may be reviewed or corrected, but unrelated verified balances are not automatically forfeited because participation ends.

11

Member privacy and permitted use of information

The Gym Privacy Policy describes LiFit's handling of claim, representative, community, and program information. The gym must separately provide appropriate notices and permissions for its own member, visitor, and employee data processing.

A management role or referral does not grant access to a member's private fitness, nutrition, body measurements, billing details, or other restricted records. Do not scrape members, reconstruct identities from aggregate reports, upload unrelated member records, or use community information for unauthorized marketing. Respect the audience chosen by the person who shared content.

Protect nonpublic program reports and evidence, limit access to authorized personnel, and report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure involving LiFit to privacy@lifit.app. Use only the information reasonably needed for the authorized purpose.

Gym Privacy Policy →
12

Changes, disputes, and ending access

Notify LiFit if the gym closes, changes ownership, or withdraws from the program. Removing one representative or deleting their account does not by itself erase the gym entity or other users' accounts. LiFit may require updated proof before assigning a replacement representative.

LiFit may suspend or revoke management access or program participation for inaccurate claims, lost authority, abuse, material breach, fraud, security risk, legal necessity, or program discontinuation, with notice where required. Urgent restrictions may precede review. Contact support@lifit.app with relevant evidence to request review of a decision.

Future changes will be disclosed as required and do not silently rewrite the policy attached to existing reward records. Ending access does not automatically forfeit an otherwise valid prior balance; legitimate corrections, payment eligibility, legal holds, and the applicable policy still govern. Stop using revoked LiFit badges or branding when authorization ends.

13

Relationship to the general Terms

The general LiFit Terms of Service continue to govern accounts, acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes. These additional terms control only a conflict about the program activities they specifically address, unless a separately signed written agreement expressly states otherwise. They do not reduce privacy rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

The existing Mississippi governing-law and Pearl River County venue provisions remain subject to applicable consumer law and eligible small-claims proceedings. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is added by these terms. The general Terms' liability limits and exceptions continue to apply; these terms do not add a separate liability cap.
