SMALL STEPS. A STRONGER ROUTINE.
Your first week.
Your own pace.
You don’t have to track everything on day one. Start with a workout, add the habits that matter to you, and build from there.
START WITH ONE SESSION
Show up. Log the work.
Download LiFit and create your account. When you’re ready to train, open Training and start logging your session.
- Add the exercises you’re doing.
- Record the weight and reps for each set.
- Use your rest timer and add any notes you’ll want next time.
- Finish the session to keep it in your workout history.
Your session doesn’t have to be complicated.
A few exercises you know are enough to start a useful record. Save a workout plan when you find a session you want to repeat.
ADD YOUR EVERYDAY HABITS
Keep the fuel in view.
Start by logging one meal. Search for a food or scan its barcode, check the portion, and add it to your day.
- Watch calories and macros update as you add food.
- Save meals and recipes you come back to often.
- Log water throughout the day.
- Keep nutrition going on rest days, too.
Same breakfast tomorrow?
A saved meal makes your regular oats, yogurt, or go-to lunch easier to log again. Build a small library around what you actually eat.
GIVE YOUR WEEK A RHYTHM
Make the next session easier.
Add saved workouts to a weekly or date-specific routine. Set nutrition targets alongside them, and adjust individual days when plans change.
At the end of your week, review what you logged. Use your workout history and PRs to bring a little more context into the next one.

Contact LiFit supportIs LiFit free?
LiFit is free to download and includes core workout and nutrition logging. The free plan includes 3 saved workout plans, 10 custom exercises, 10 saved recipes, and 10 saved meals. LiFit Pro adds full analytics, unlimited libraries, shared-content actions, and an ad-free experience. See the current subscription price and billing terms in the app before subscribing.
Do I need a workout plan to get started?
No. You can log a workout as you go. When you find a session you want to repeat, save it as a workout plan and add it to your routine.
Can I track nutrition without logging a workout?
Yes. Meals, calories, macros, and water can be logged on their own. You can keep using nutrition tracking on training days and rest days alike.
What’s the difference between a workout plan and a routine?
A workout plan contains the exercises for a session. A routine puts your saved workouts and nutrition targets on a weekly or date-specific schedule.
Does LiFit connect to Apple Health or track GPS cardio?
Health integrations and GPS cardio tracking are future plans, not part of the current feature set described here. The app’s focus today is lifting, nutrition, routines, progress, and community.
Where can I get LiFit?
